Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

 

1. General Policy

At Magna Thrive, we dedicate significant time, strategy, and creative resources to every project. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, all services are non-refundable once the work has been completed and rendered to the Client.

 

2. Post-Completion Revision Period

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, we offer the following resolution process:

  • Revision Requests: Clients are entitled to a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in their initial Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

  • Agreement for Adjustments: If the dissatisfaction lies outside the original scope, Magna Thrive and the Client may enter a good-faith negotiation to agree upon additional modifications to align the final product with the project's goals.

 

3. Partial Refunds & Case-by-Case Reviews

While full refunds are not provided for completed work, Magna Thrive may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Early Termination: If a project is cancelled by the Client before completion, a prorated refund may be issued for the unearned portion of the fee, minus any non-refundable costs or labor already expended.

  • Extenuating Circumstances: We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where a significant discrepancy exists between the agreed-upon SOW and the rendered service.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for:

  • Third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf (e.g., ad spend, stock media licenses, domain registrations, or Wix premium app fees).

  • Work that has been approved by the Client at various milestones throughout the project lifecycle.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a formal dispute or chargeback, Clients agree to contact the Magna Thrive project lead to attempt a collaborative resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with full documentation of the work rendered.
